We’re getting ready for our Valentine’s Day Event on Feb 14 from 2 – 4 at the First Presbyterian Church, 70-35 112th Street. This sheet will help us organize logistics.
Organizers arrive at 12:00. Volunteers arrive at 1:00.
For those participating, the expectation is to bring something and help out. If you can only do one, that’s fine — just note it. If you’re not available that day, no action is needed. If you are participating, please take a quick look at the shared list below before adding your name so we don’t duplicate too much.
To add yourself, click the blue “Edit Row” button and then select “New Row” and fill in one line. If your name is already there click “Edit Row” and the pencil icon on the row where your name appears to add what you are bringing.
