THOUGHTS
“I saw so many signs that were amazing. I felt so happy and almost teary eyed because of me hearing the cars honking.”
“I felt empowered and with a sense of hope that we can do something to change our government.”
“I saw solidarity between Queens residents against the nefarious policies of the current administration.”
“My wife and I were finally able to attend a No Kings event, and I proudly wore my father’s “resist” cap. My dad, John Walter, was a Vietnam War Protester and was not happy he had “come out of retirement” in 2016 to speak out about Trump’s first term. Ultimately however, the lies and deception of the 45th president won over as my father was taken from us by Covid. I was holding back the tears today as I brought my dad with me to continue his work and I won’t stop until the Orange Monster is behind bars.”
WOW!
